Due to accommodations and healthcare industry regulations, onsite Biometric screenings for FWWR Yards are only offered at the following locations:

Hodge YArd
Cresson Yard
Cleburne Yard
Dublin Yard
​
If your primary assignment is at a different location, you will need to make arrangements to attend a screening at one of the above yards or you can self-schedule an appointment for a screening at the ridglea or quorum wellness office.
​
You may also see your healthcare provider or private lab for a screening.

Specific times for each yard will be added to the calendar by 2/1/2025
​​IMPORTANT: Failure to complete the biometric screening requirement by the May 1, 2025 deadline will result in your ineligibility to receive the wellness incentive discount for the 2025-2026 insurance period.
