In-person Biometric screenings are offered at *most worksites from January-April each year.

Appointments open in December.

This is a requirement for eligibilty.

Individual Nutrition Consultation

This consultation is for employees who are interested in the nutrition counseling program.

This consultation is required prior to beginning the 12-week program.

PLEASE NOTE:

*Biometric Screenings are open from January - April each year and are offered onsite as a courtesty where available. Please note that individuals who are located at jobsites that do not offer onsite screenings may contact the program administrator to discuss other options or use the results of a recent physical in place of a screening. Please see the biometric screenings page for more information and next steps.

Screening schedules for each worksite are finalized and shared with participants by december 31.

Biometric screenings at FWWR yards do not require an appointment.
